  1. SuperSparky says:

Good collection. However, the last one is understandable. It’s obvious to me the tree trunk (where it meets the sand) is what is showing through the girl’s skirt in the last picture. However, due to it being in an unfortunate position, I’d just choose a different picture than trying to take it out via Photoshop. Mainly because the knit makes that nearly impossible.

  2. RPO says:

LOL great post! loved the amy winehouse one!

  3. lvleph says:

The last one I believe is actually the tree behind her, but it should have been photoshopped out. The one with the large hand could be lens distortion. Oh and it is Whinehouse not Whitehouse.

  4. Andrew says:

I almost shat myself after seeing that last photo. But I agree with SuperSparky on it just being unfortunate positioning.

  5. Poofta says:

The Curves cereal one isn’t an error. If you look at the actual boxes of cereal, the woman on the front is wearing a colored t-shirt under the shirt that’s flying up in the photo. Each flavor has a different model on the front, each one wearing a different color combination that makes the wardrobe easier to see. This one just came out kinda weird.

  6. weirdnews says:

The Curves cereal company actually just changed this image and gave the woman an orange t-shirt - they must have gotten a lot of flak for the white stomach. ha.

  7. Caroline says:

Good job stealing a bunch of photos from the same website. You could have at least posted a link, since all the photos are obviously watermarked.

photoshopdisasters is one of my favorite websites.

  8. mike says:

hey maybe you guys should give photoshopdisasters.blogspot.com/ some credit for those…

  9. weirdnews says:

If you read the top post as well as the last line of this article we have given the Photoshop Disasters site full credit for all images as well as a link to their site. Their site is one of our favorites too!

  10. McCow says:

I got all excited about the last one…….shemale

  11. bela says:

the hungarian one advertises a movie package, not the beverage. all night ticket on set price, valid for multiple shows that night. the event is sponsored by red bull. not that it explains the photoshopped smile…

  12. jake says:

    lvleph:

If you’re going to be pedantic then at least get it right yourself. I’ts Winehouse, not Whinehouse

  13. ptbtl says:

I’m pretty sure the girl you call Jessica Simpson is named Marissa Miller. It’s her in the first one and the last one.

  14. 80s says:

My question is why would they bother removing extra people from images? It means there are people employed for a redundant position and they’re also terrible at their jobs. Heck, I can photoshop better than these guys, and I assume for them to have it on their CV as a skill they must have worked in some kind of professional graphic design industry previously which makes these awful shoops even more disturbing.

  15. Joe says:

Hey on the last one, thats one of the foldings of the skirt that shows through the transparent fabric, its not a shemale, nor the tree trunk, it wasw an inocent mistake made by shadows and light arrangements not taken properly on account

  16. Kev says:

In the ‘Sun Does Ethnic Cleansing’ which is poorly labelled imo, they couldnt even do that right.. they left his leg behind

  17. Gary Yantis says:

These are funny but I’d say they’re all harmless mistakes that maybe one person in a thousand might notice. Maybe you have a rule to not include anything controversial and/or political? There is an abundance of on purpose PhotoShop changes to war zone photos especially of one “photo journalist” who altered hundreds of photos in the most recent Israeli/Lebanon/Syria war and, some quick researching of older photos showed an abundance of PhotoShopped photos that was done for only one reason - to turn public opinion against Israeli. With the war stopped before Israel could achieve a decisive victory I’d say the “propaganda” worked. H[fUnless you are anti-Israel you might want to include links to a few of the most blatant alterations. They’re quite easy to find with Google image searches. bUT many are not there. AP who the fellow worked for removed all of his 1,000+ plus photos saying “we are preserving the integrity of their company. Thinking they would do this I made copies of hundreds of his photos. I remember a few of them temporarily put Israel on the defensive. A quick check of the people employed by the Beirut AP office show all Arab names. You would think they would have had a few from the states to mske sure the office was not just a propaganda outlet for Hezbollah and others whose goal is the destruction of Israel.

If you instead just wanted to display some light hearted no harm done PhotoShop errors you accomplished your objective. I would have preferred alterations that in few cases, changed word history. The oldest altered photot I remember seeing was one of Abraham Lincoln meeting with some of hisw generals. So this is not a new practice, just much easier with PhotoShop ans other similar programs.

    Hey Gary,
Thanks for your input. You might like to look at another one of our posts that deals more directly with ‘doctoring history’ using Photoshop. see:

  19. tommy says:

Hilarious, Thanks for taking the time to post these. I didn’t know there were so many 3 armed folks out there.

  20. Benny says:

Cool! Just one thought: the cereal one might just be really bad lighting. On my student ID picture I look orange because of the lighting, so perhaps somebody that’s naturally a bit darker looks lighter because of the lighting or has a lot less light at the face or something. Perhaps.

  21. mcgrimus says:

I would say that the last one is not a tree trunk, but rather the back hem of the skirt.

  22. RPO says:

lol this is great, from beginning to end.

  23. tim maguire says:

That last one looks more like a tree trunk then a hem, but since they photshopped the tree out of the picture, I don’t think we should give them a break on it–SHEMALE!!!

On a lot of these, my big question is “why?” Do they make changes just to make changes? Why move a guy’s hand? Phil Mickelson isn’t looking at a ball, he’s looking at the end of Wood’s club. “Holy crap! He almost brained me!”

  24. Anom says:

    lol

  25. Correction says:

You’re all wrong. It’s not Whitehouse.. Whinehouse.. or Winehouse.. it’s Crackhead. Get it right.

  26. biff and buff says:

    photoshopped

  27. Matt says:

That last one is the best. I agree. I do love the alien eyes and the freakishly large hand though. But, lady penis trumps any other body part. It’s …It’s just science.

  28. gk says:

“The Sun, a British tabloid practices some ethnic cleansing. The same photo appeared in the Metro with the extra, necessary guy, driving the boat.”

And why do believe this was done as a practice of “ethnic cleansing”? Proof?

  29. Jack says:

Took me 30 seconds to fix this using Corel Paint Shop Pro X.
