You just KNOW the driver of the car is a female.
The cop says “sir” in the video, and towards the end of their discussion you can hear a male voice. Not a female at all.
Obbop does it sound like a woman? no and he states sir man of times.

Maybe it was Obbop.
Well, from my experience it usually IS a female performing that kind of stunt. I was wrong in this instance but I betcha’ the next idiotic driver maneuvers WILL be performed by females.
